I’m Joep Blom (@joep_b), born in Chicago USA but based out of the Netherlands for the last 15 years.
My photography has been a reflection of the sollitude and loneliness in which I’ve experienced this passion (seen in the lack of people in my images), while looking for the beauty and peace in that and the world around me. You could say I’m not a film-purist, because I don’t want to limit my craft by (instagram)-ratios or (unspoken) rules, it’s the slow pace of the process of film and the diversity which makes me love film.
